This website and the form attached to it form an independent advisory and language-brokering platform, serving travellers who wish to prepare a trek with Azamat, an independent shepherd and guide in Kyrgyzstan. The terms of that service are set out in full in the site's terms and conditions.

This website acts solely as a tool for advice, logistical coordination and introduction. Its publishers (Nicolas Catez and Jules Parent du Châtelet) take no part in the sale of the riding trip, in the final booking, or in running or supervising the trek: their service, billed separately, is limited to the preparation and language support carried out from France.

Accordingly, the technical publishers of the site decline all liability, legal, civil or financial, in respect of:

• The organisation, quality, compliance, safety or running of the horse treks offered by Azamat.
• Any personal accident, injury, fall from a horse or illness occurring before, during or after the trek.
• Theft, loss of personal belongings, or financial disputes between travellers and Azamat's team.
• Route changes or forced cancellations caused by extreme weather conditions.

The service contract and the logistical commitment are entered into solely and directly between the traveller and the guide Azamat in Kyrgyzstan.

Riding at high altitude carries inherent risks. By using this site and submitting the form, the traveller acknowledges:

• Mandatory insurance: That they are strictly required to take out, before departure, personal international travel, assistance and repatriation insurance specifically covering equestrian sports at high altitude.
• Physical condition: That they are in good enough physical condition to ride and to stay at altitude (3,000 m at Lake Son Kul).

Data (surname, first name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, number of people, riding level) is collected through the third-party tool Tally.

• Role of the technical operators: The logistical data is collected solely and exclusively on Azamat's behalf. The technical operators (Nicolas Catez and Jules Parent du Châtelet) receive a technical copy of this information by email (contact@sonkulhorses.fr) and through a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets), for the sole purpose of assisting Azamat with reading, translating, following up and providing logistical support on requests.
• Strict confidentiality: The technical operators undertake to keep this information in the strictest confidence, to retain no data for personal purposes beyond following up Azamat's bookings, not to build a parallel commercial database, and never to disclose or resell this information to third parties.
• Final destination: The information belongs to Azamat, so that he can organise and plan the trek.
• Users' rights: In accordance with data protection regulations, to request access to, amendment of, or permanent deletion of your data from our mailboxes and the shared spreadsheet, you may write at any time to: contact@sonkulhorses.fr.
